Return policy:

You may request returns for most items you buy from sellers listed on automonk.in that are within the return window, except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable on the product detail page.

At automonks.in our priority is 100% customer satisfaction with your purchase. However, if you’re not satisfied with your purchase due to any of the following reasons, you can return the product by mail to Email: support@automonks.in

Return will be processed only if:

  • Product is returned in original automonks.in packaging with no damages on the products.
  • Original product packaging is preserved with no damages, grease or stains.
  • Product is unused, unwashed and in the same condition as it was at the time of delivery with no sign of installation on the product.
  • Request initiated within 10 days after products are delivered.

Exemptions from the policy:

  • Items which belong to the following categories unless its damaged-on arrival are not subject to refund: electronic and complicated electric parts, lubricants and oversized items.
  • Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charges will be deducted from your refund as these are non-refundable charges. 
  • Damages due to negligence, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy
  • For oversized items return pickup facility is not available for these products. You can self-return these products using any courier/ postal service of your choice.
  • If the return claim was rejected, we will send it back on customer's request or scrap after 30 days of keeping at stock. Customer will be responsible for paying all related shipping costs.

Incorrect Size :

In the event of exchange of product due to incorrect size, the product must be returned to us within 10 days from date of delivery, with proof of purchase and the product. If we opine, the reason to be genuine and the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition, we would be more than happy to help the customer with the a different size in the same product, provided the size in required by the customer is available in stock. 

Defective products “Not under Warranty by the Brand” 

We strive to sell 100% genuine and quality products. In the event, the product you purchase has a manufacturing defect, wherein the Brand does not provide warranty, we request you to send us your concerns/complaint via email along with the image of the defect at support@automonks.in , within 10 date of delivery, with the proof of purchase.

Once our team approves the “Return”, you may ship the product to the address mentioned above. Product will be tested by our expert team and  if we find a genuine defect in the product, post which the customer care team will get in touch with you depending on the test result. After consulting with the respective brand and examining the test results, the product may be replaced and/or repaired and/or returned to the customer depending on decision of the Brand. We assure you that if the manufacturing defect is genuine, we would be more than happy to assist you by offering you a refund or replace it with a new product.

Defective products “Under Warranty by the Brand” 

In the event, the product you purchase has a manufacturing defect for which the Brand does provide warranty, we request you to kindly send us an email, with an image of the defect at support@automonks.in , within 10 days from the date of purchase, along with the proof of purchase. Once our team approves the “Return”, you may ship the product to the address mentioned above. The product will undergo requisite tests to ascertain the defect, post which customer care team will get in touch with you depending on the test results. After consulting with the Brand and examining the test results, the product may be replaced or repaired or returned to the customer depending discretion of the Brand.

Refunds:

After the returned part is received, inspected and approved by our QC team, it would take 48 hours for the refund to initiate. It usually, it takes 5-7 working days for the refund amount to be reflected into your original mode of payment. The same will be documented in an email and communicated to you within 15 days of your request to return the product. If you do not receive the refund within the above said time, please, contact your bank.
